Worked on our place WITH a couple of changes.

i use araxis merge to update my forums.

Yes, I know of Araxis and the other one (the name of which escapes me at the moment), but not everyone has the time to download a new program and get to grips with it.

It's much easier for me to manually update over the course of a week or so when I get a spare minute here or there.

Actually, Araxis Merge is very easy to use, and if your forum has only a few hacks, would take at the most half an hour. With my forums that has over a 100 changes, some of them major, it took me an hour and a half. I would recommend it highly.
