to pbc: vbportal? :) it based on nuke :) (not the latest version). and, yah- news as threads.... sorry it's not for me. what else?
will you get FULL nuke power? nope nope nope
-----------------------------
to kumaro: i worked with 5.5, so there is only it's Your_Account/index.php file (btw, test it with 5.3 by yourself)
-----------------------------
db's are not merged- point is when user or admin from vb or nuke changes profile- all this info goes TO nuke AND vb tables.

vBPortal will always be my weapon of choice, but this hack is very nice too, I was looking for something like it before I found vBPortal and invested $20 in that ;)

This is what I've done with vBP: http://degster.com/midi/

I have no complaints, except for the way some of the templates are setup.

So... if there was another version out there specifically for phpnuke with vB I'd go for it.

Has anyone got this to work with vbb 2.2.6 and postnuke?

What addition lines of coding do I need? I have PHP-Nuke 5.5 and VB 2.2.6

so does this work or what? Do you mean you can use phpnuke to power your site and still have vb for the forums and when a user signs up, does it sign them up for the site and the forums at the same time? If so that would be sweet that is what i am looking for........I was going to use vbportal but if this works, I would rather use phpnuke. Let me know.

I think this allows a user to register at one place but registered them for both places.
