Those files and folders are osX Files from the macbook and you do not need them.

can I get it to work by disabling the registration and allow the member to register using the invitation code?

I tried it and got the error:

An unexpected error was returned: 'invalid_page_url'
----------------------------

that's when I tried to register with the url I got from the usercp (correct?)

after I entered the name and wanted to move to the next field the error appeared
