There is a problem with the bootstrap library. Please download 4.0.5a and overwrite all files on ftp. Delete browser cache and try again.

Did what you wrote but still work not - can not create new categories - when click in admin panel on categories = nothing

Open the url in a second tab yourforum/ytm_admin.php?do=list

Press ctrl+F5 several times
