Actually I don't. Your not understanding how this happened, is not my job to explain. ;)
But I will. When the link was submitted to FB, the FB program read the HTML file that was served to it. In that file, it had the phrase default of "CMS Name (Change)" as part of the <title> tags. It used that, as the title.
But since I fixed that problem, on vBulletin, it no longer creates the page with that incorrect <title>. You checked, after I fixed it. The client browser had no part in this equation.
