It's not going to work retro-actively, i.e. with old reports, it will work only for those reports made after the product is installed.

Did you use the post reporting system or did you simply post a new thread? Do you have the product enabled?

Just to be clear, I mean the unaltered style that comes with vBulletin right out of the box.

I would need to investigate your site with an admin account because I have no idea what kinds of things you have going on there. If you want, send me the credentials for a temporary admin account via PM so I can see what's what. :)
