Well as I said, it is from my current website (SMF) which I am going to leave soon for vBulletin.
So for now, its still live here: http://wyrmgnosis.com/index.php?action=forum.

But no worries, I'll figure it out as I coded that design as well :).

Soon as you have it converted over give us a hollar, or if you setup a test site ahead of time you can tinker on the style until its right .

I agree, looks good considering its SMF, good job :D.

Thanks for the kind comments :-).

I actually found a plugin which kind of does what I need to have, I found it here:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=275114
It's not perfectly the same but yeah, that's not the end of the world :-).

Anyway, I'm not planning to convert my current SMF layout to vBulletin.
I'm modifying the "Paragon" premium theme to my needs and improving it a bit to my needs.
I'll share the result once I'm done -- No clue where to post it then, yet :-D.

If you are modifying a premium skin that you purchased from another designer then you cannot repost it anywhere more and likely according to their license agreement. This is usually the case, but you can post a link to your forum once you have it all tweaked in the Community Reviews area for others to give you feedback. :)

That's what I mean by sharing.
I never intended to post the modified premium skin, I am well aware of that :-).

Ah ok a lot of time when someone says, "I'm gonna share it" they are gonna post it without permission and they either realize that they should not or they do not realize they should not. :) Would be interested in seeing what you have as a finished product then when you are done. :)

I have searched for styles that implement this sort of design as well with no luck. The only issue with using 2-column mods is that sometimes they can really mess up the look and not quite do what you want.

For some reason I just bumped back on this post (forgot about it lol).
I kinda gave up on the premium theme I had and converted back my old one with some heavy changes here and there.

In the end I made my own changes for it and ended up like this: http://wyrmgnosis.com/forum.php
It was not easy though. I'm sorry but for the moment I have no time to extract how I did this.
I just got to this result by editing/testing it step by step. Took me a while though.
