I am still unclear what the problem is. It sounds as if you are saying that your board has low guest traffic. Have you used any of "Googles WebMaster Tools" to start with. There are many free analytic tools on the web that will give you a snap-shot of what is going on.

No one can help you if you don't give them an admin login to help. You think someone is going to work over teamviewer it does not work like that you need to trust people more

We don't work like that I know no one here that would we login to site admincp and fix things that way not over team viewer
