After changing the colors/images to my liking this is what I came up with using your style.

Goto Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Templates > header

Scroll to bottom and remove this code

Goto Styles & Teplates > Style Manager > Edit Templates > header (update link in the code)
Or i have uploaded fixed XML style file you can use it.
