Cool, then I would suggest removing the following from the first post. :)

Some fixes soon:
- Margin/padding of certain areas fixed to avoid collision.
- Replacement of some forum icons.

I like the category headers and the login, I don't care nor know of the IP style this came from I just happen to like it ;).

Do you mean that you want to change the background image?
It's located at images/styles/ztech/images/background.jpg.

Yes, I want to change the background image, but I want it stays fixed at during the course of the forum.
I do not think to add "background-attachment: fixed"
