Most of it I might be able to figure out, but it wouldn't be safe and it wouldn't use the vB admin panel because I don't now how to add pages. It's nothing too big, in fact I would expect most seasoned programmers would find these things relatively easy.

It is stated in my original post. I'm looking for a programmer familiar with vBulletin 4.x who will be able to help us with some of our technical issues and improve our existing code and mods.

This is the "post legit now, edit later" spam trick. It will try to come back later and edit the post, at that time providing the spam link. :D
