I like the Idea but it doesn´t work for my 2.2.1g

There is no error only the gif is not displayed!

The db entries are correct and if I change a forum it´s in right in the db but it´s not displayed!

Any suggestions?

It works on 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 for me. Check your //do light bulb bit of code. Make sure it's:

$forum['onoff']=$forumicon.'on';

and not

$forum['onoff']='on';
