In other words the we can have sub domain such as sub.official-gaming.net but we can't have domain2.net?

If its all the same installation, and you're not going out of your way to hide content via the domain, both are possible.

If you're trying to make each url its own installation by hiding content from other urls, then that is a violation of the license agreement.
