DST is in effect where you are? I thought everyone was back to regular time now.

Yeah we are in DST on this side of the world, we're based in New Zealand
I've disabled DST from the adminCP for now to see if it makes a difference

Edit: Okay, that didn't work either. I'm feeling like its a server issue now, as we are in N.Z and running on Godaddy (we got it very cheap). We're considering moving to a local host but as we are a non-profit we don't want to make a costly move if this is not the issue. Thoughts?
