Great modification! If the logs showed in admincp only, on a page, say ip_logs.php that would be wonderful! :)

Marked as installed.

I think it is better the way it is, you can save the file to your comp this way, and have a hard copy. :) Thanks for marking as installed.

Have you any chance to add option for Log view on Admin CP ? I would like to Log view on Admin CP without cPanel !

ozzy47 10-20-2013 02:52 PM

No as this is stored in a file, not in the DB.

You can download the log by typing the location and name of the log in your browser,
Code:

http://mysite.com/forums/ozzmodz_log_login.log
That is why you should also rename the file, and possibly load it into a different folder, then edit the setting, Log File Name and add the folder location, like so, admincp/ozzmodz_log_login.log

That good it not use DB !Can you add Admin CP Nav than add option view log location ozzmodz_log_login.log?

ozzy47 10-20-2013 03:02 PM

No, as I would not know what you named the new file to, or what folder you put it in. And as far as I know, there is no way to get that info from the settings, and tie it into a link.

As I said above, just navigate to the file in your browser. It would be the same thing if I was able to add a link in the ACP, you would still be prompted to download the log, or open it with a program.

I Could Have Done This Myself ! I want share add a menu Login/Logout IP log view on Admin Panel , So Login/Logout IP user can use this Features !

Instructions for Use:

1.Download the XML below.
2.You?ll need a program like Notepad++. Open the XML up in your chosen software and make your adjustments.

Code:

http://www.yoursite.com/ozzmodz_log_login.log
3.Finally, upload the file to your forum/includes/xml/ directory.

Login to your Admin cp and the new links will be showing under Login/Logout IP.

Yeah that will work, as long as the users add their file name and location to the file. I don't like doing stuff like that, I prefer it to be automatic. :)

Don't forget to mark as installed if you are using the mod.

Nirjonadda 10-20-2013 03:54 PM

I am not installed or using the mod. I just put my opinion !

Not a problem, thanks for your input. :)
