Guests cant see images you need to change guests permissions

Hello ForceHSS, even admin also not able to see except a link. I don't know where was the defect?

Check user group permissions as they are not set right

I could upload attachments from my PC using v4.2.1, I lost that ability with v4.2.2 and have a trouble ticket and thread running on that issue:
