Are you queue emails via vbulletin as well & croning them? I would also restart the mail server after the flush of hte queue to verify. |

Well, as long as thats the case and you want to avoid things like this when running a frontend proxy, as long as the servers are nic to nic or on a fast gigabit switch, i would do a NFS share, im guessing now your rsyncing or something, which is going to create issues in some cases.
