if you add custom bbcode in your forum then it will not work

after installed it everyone have the same problem.... appear the:
"Only the registered members can see the PHP Codes. Please Login OR Register."
Include to users :/

I couldn't understand what you said. Before installing, remove custom bb codes, than install plugin, than add your custom bb codes. And you can enter them to plugin.
I don't have any problem.

If you login just as simple user, not as an administrator, you can't see bbcodes, like guest. This is a big problem.

I tested as a normal user, there isn't any problem, I can see bb codes.
The problem can be on your style or other plugin.
Try this way. If custom bb codes added, romove them and add this plugin than add your custom bb codes.
