If addition to using blocks on certain pages, if you want to add a custom block thats NOT a "custom html/php" block, just use $blockinfo['blockid'] == xx to the condition.
The block id # can be found by: Forum Blocks Manager -> find the block you want to use -> hover over the "edit" button -> block id # is at the end of the url |
