Neither one of these seem to be working with 5.6.4 patch level 1 :( I put it in css_additional.css

^^ Most probably iis a caching issue. Clear cache etc...

Try this, this works as well.

Sorry for the delay, it appears on my site making changes to additional.css via the ACP does not work. Going through site builder does though :)
