If you want a user's posts to be moderated, the MUST be in a usergroup where posts are moderated. You may then set up a promotion where after xxx posts, they get moved to another usergroup where posts are not moderated.

I have a usergoroup set up on my forum, I have an idea what your talking about. If you wish send me a PM and i'd do a hole walk though.
