I did everything in that manual step for step, and when I go to www.mypokerhub.com, the icon for FB Connect still does not work. Any suggestions or ideas on what's wrong? Thanks

You entered http://mypokerhub.com/ as the url on your facebook connect app page. It works fine on that url.

You may want to add some .htaccess to your site to do a redirect from on to the other so you don't need to worry about issues like that.

Would you recommend any threads or links that would allow me to only allow facebook users to join my bulletin? basically that would be the only way to join the group..

I cannot think of any threads about doing that, so I can't really recommend one. You'd probably have to modify the registration code in some way.
