In your memberinfo_block_aboutmetemplate you have the following code.
In your image above you show "Any Other People & Location".
You will see that in the bottom of the code below.
You will need to make each of the custom profile fields listed below & edit the memberinfo_block_aboutmetemplate to reflect custom profile field id's to get them to show again.
