To make it cover the whole page, just change the MIN Height to 200, the height to 200%, and the max height to 205 or so. It will be scrolly but better than seeing that bit at the bottom.

Good to know for the future should the need come again.

I just finished completing what ended up being a 25 hour protest (started at 11pm yesterday and ended with everyone else at 12 am today)
