princeton, great to have such a legend comment on my site ! thanks big man.

I liked your feedback and have done all the changes :

Header is now smaller,
removed the 400'000+ posts logo
removed the header ad link
banner not displaying - this is an issue with my ad serving
I also removed the crappy looking / childish forum icons, left some cooler ones.

Thanks again, what do you think now ? what would you do next ?

Something like this should work for the header part.

But, I would strongly recommend you to make a new header which matched your niche though.
