I skip the blog thing for now and will take care of it later.
So now I got the 6 basic actions covered and they get saved into my database. Now I need to setup the Usercp, but before doing that I need to define where I will save the user option.
I checked a couple of my installed plugins and most of them save their settings by altering the "user" table. Would you recommend doing the same, or would it be better if I place it in a own table? Right now I guess, since most of the other plugins are doing it this way, I should do it too... my plugin would need 7 columns right now, but its going to be more later on (with expanding the logging function).

do you have any recommendations on how to start building the usercp?
