It's a table in your database. Most people use some thing like phpMyAdmin to view their database and it's contents.

It isn't a file on your site - it's a table in your database. You may only view it if you use something like phpMyAdmin.

Ok I found it and opened it an it says

SELECT *
FROM `contenttype`
LIMIT 0 , 30

If you have those article and blog type contenttypes, then it sounds like you have the Suite. If you have the suite, then you have ticket support. I would strongly suggest you put in a ticket for this.
