Same for me... 4.1.4..

I did all the steps bot does not show anything.. =/

have u made any sideblock for latest threads, or latest posts or custom html..

if not, then u need to create it to get these mod working.

You can move the Poll at top by doing this:

ADD ABOVE IT

OR

New Version (2.0) is now released which has little different coding then prev released. I would suggest you to try this.
