?? I have never accessed my data base.
I use Administrator control panel in vBulletin. I can also use FTP to access the server. Sorry... I am just dumb hydronic heater repair person and certainly not a programer. I can, however follow directions. Thanks for your help. - Roger - |
Hmmm, firstly I would strongly suggest asking your host about database access. I'm not really sure what else I can do at this point. You could try to go to maintenance > repair/optimize database and do a repair/optimize on the poll tables and see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks I am sure there is a way, I have just not figured it out yet. I will post follow up, after I get access. - Roger - |

Is this what your are looking for? I did a repair/optimize on the poll tables. No change Thanks for your help. - Roger - |
This is definately the most interesting bug I've seen posted so far lol
Try going to AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions > Submit What does that tell you? |

Everything appears normal except two entries shown below.
Thanks for your help. - Roger - |
Everything looks OK in your database. :/
As Brooks said, run Suspect File Versions and make sure all your files come out as default. edit: whoops, posted after you. What version are you running and how long have you had this issue? What is in the source code? It will be something like this: HTML Code:
<div id="polloptions" class="blockrow"> |

Brand new forum setup June 17th, 2011. Version 4.1.4. This is the first poll that I have setup. I don't know where to look for the source code requested. A little help in locating it please. I did a FTP search on my server. Several of the Poll.* PHP files are in two places. Is this correct? Thanks for your help. - Roger - |

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Templates (in the dropdown menu for your style(s)) > Poll Templates Check to see if any of those have been edited and/or need to be reverted |
