That is part of the disable_functions in the php.ini file. Go to the PHP Configuration Editor then click on "Advanced Mode." This will let you view and edit all php.ini settings including disable_functions.

i removed it from this function - yet that still wont enable it?

when i removed i got a internal server error on install.php

When you remove something, you can''t enable it. You shouldn''t remove it but simply enable it following the instructions I posted above.

^i respect the help but this tells me nothing about how to enable

im in the php screen now and i see ini_set under disable_functions safe mode

so i dont remove but how do i enable? it isnt found anywhere else on this page!

they also said to run /scripts/easyapache


how do i do this?
