This file should have a lot more such as defining the databse to use and the server and the password and....well...a lot more information than what I posted before.

So all that is in your config.php file is what you posted above? It should look like this - http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/config.php - only with your information in it.

Above code shouldn't be all the text in the config.php file. You must have deleted something.

yes in this file all the text was deleted but it was happened only once
