I'd ask in that release thread, you'll get much better support
Just because the OP hasn't been around, doesn't mean others won't help you out.
I use vbseo to and have zero problems with that mod. If you want, I can take a look at it for you?
pm me some info and I'll see what's going on

I know, it's just when I posted this thread I wasn't looking for support for that plugin. I was asking for another alternative and then was asked questions...
