I managed to show those lightbulbs in one of my test forums, but the problem was that somehow the javascript was making the links unclickable.

Once you scrolled down, past the initial screen, the links are clickable but not the ones on the top of page (on opening screen).

I did manage to get this one sorted to work. The trick is to place the bulbs behind the header so it doesn't obscure the clickable parts.

If interested hit up my inbox for the code/edits since i am not sure if i am allowed to post this as a modification on here since it is someone elses code.
