What to do after that, Its installed in plugin manager..What to do next and how can I see the theme.

Im having a hard time understanding what is written in this thread. Im trying to understand what this does, but reading some of these posts is not helping at all.

After installing the product, the system automatically integrated into all themes

OK I downloaded the file and it says it automatically detects a mobile browser and assigns the mobile style. So my question now is, how is it any different from this mod that has been out for years: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=226946 ?
