How to disable the display of "started by" and date by default? i.e, to only show username of thread creator?

I know this isn't related to this plugin directly.

Yes, check the setting Change thread/Posts Owner - "Use group permission"

Hmm i remember that i saw those options in 4.0.3 but i can't find them in 4.0.5...

And are you sure that it works with 4.0.5? I really can't find the options for that where i could set some usergroups. I even reinstalled the addon and still nothing...
