i dont know i thought this was a donations mod i have seen some of those features in paypal donation mods , the VIP Members and donatiors part is what threw mw i have no idea what that mod is if its not a donation mod :> http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/6742/64300506.png

Have you tried writing the admin there and asking him? It may just be hard coded. I can imagine a forum block like this would be relatively easy to make, though I don't know what info you blacked out (numbers I guess). And why did you black it out anyway?
