removed ,messages from the evening are show able in the morning etc etc
time is set properly on the server also

This mod uses the server time, not the user's time zone offset. Boofo has released his Ultimate Navbar greeting for vb4 which corrects this very issue. You can find it here - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=244573

works good...but its off alittle on my pc...i have the time set right on my settings for the forum but at 10:54 i still get "good evening"

do i need to change some bulletin settings for the right time? its still fine but just wondering

Like Dragonsys said, this is based on the server time. There is no way around that as all users will see what the server time is set up for, no matter where they are from.

Correct. This is not affected by vBulletin Time or what timezone the user has selected.
