plz explain a lillte more, i cant understand , chit chat is not display anywhere for me

it wont add a link as far as i can tell so i had to manually add a link to a forum catagory i made a link

I think the coder is going to make a link but as far as i know the mod works but no links will appear unless you add one like this http://www.yoursite/forums/vbchitchat.php

any way to ban users from the chat?

This system uses the usergroup settings so you can just make a new usergroup up like chit chat banned and give them the same settings as a normal user but access to the chit chat is set to no and they would not be able to use the chat system.

the author has added it to navbar and added it allowed to popup great work

it follows permissions so you can ban them all together,

or you could add a higher permission class and that way you could dump them from the allowed class back to a non allowed class

What if a member already belongs in 2 user groups? I have a couple that I do, and vbulletin only allows you to put them in a primary and sometimes secondary usergroup.

Its a good mod, but I would think about adding an option in the mod itself to ban users.
