That's part of the problem, I sent you the cpanel stuff, try from there maybe

I got your forum up and running now. About the slow loading and timing out you should really talk to your host.

it's up now.

but somebody is working in the cpanel so you may want to hold off.

I ran a repair on all your db tables and after that your forum was back up. But it loads very very slow and I think that you should talk to your host about it.
