I made these changes myself guys, its not very hard.
Open up the xml, look for the terms you dislike, find them, change them to what you like, presto!


Look for the term LTR and change it to RTL.
Its that simple.


Find the & and change it to whatever character you want.
I used this little guy ? to separate posts from members, and the | to separate posts from each other.

You can play around with the font styles/colors and other things, etc...
Then just upload it back in the same way as you did originally, making sure you allow for overwriting.
