From the screenshots posted at the mod''s thread you can do that with ease from the acp where the mod has added its settings.

got the xml uploaded, but being the noob I am ... where is the 2nd xml file saved on the ftp?

I don''t use that mod myself but try to ask at its thread as those who use it might help you better.

For those interested, its saved here:
You need to FIRST upload the bitfield_vbhtabs.xml via FTP (into the appropriate directory = forum root > includes > xml). THEN you need to upload the product-vbh_newtabs10.xml via the Product Manager.
