Will this play through even if the user is not on the Pandora page?

Example, A user is browsing forums while Pandora plays in the background.

Nope, only if that user is on the page, but you could have the user on the page in a different tab...

I've no experience with widgets, so no. If someone wants to adapt this mod into a sidebar widget, they have my full permission, as long as I am accreditted in some way, and that it is listed as an add on to this thread.
