Did you upgrade your forum as well like OP? Did you follow the suggestions posted by Lynne above?

I turned off the plugins/products and it still appeared.

I am just reinstalling VB 3.8.5 since there was a messup in upgrading another one of my forums and I confused the passwords. Anyways I'm just trying to reinstall VB 3.5 and it goes to 404 error after Step 3.

This thread is about vB4, not vB3. If your problem is about vB3, then you should create your own thread in the correct forum.
