No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

All of my members get the same thing. It's a 3 week old site and have no idea what's going on. Everything was good for 3 weeks.

Disable your mods via config file.

How did you delete your mods if you weren't able to get into the admin panel?

Have you tried reuploading all your vbulletin files? Or looked to see if there are any strange files that have been added lately? The reason I ask is that I seem to recall some guy hacking sites and doing exactly what is going on here (setting everyone to be banned).

I always been able to get into my admin panel to login. Thats the only way i can get in. I'm not the one that installed the VB as i don't know how to do that. I have another site and been running great for years with mod's on it. It's the same webmaster i'v had for years. Some times the webmaster is outer state and can't get a hold of him.

Ok, after deleting the mod's and giving it some time.............I am able to get in to the forums but.......................when i log out i get the screen you have been banned. If i don't log out i can get into the forums. I will install the mod's again one @ a time to see which is the one that's giving me the trouble.

I want to thank everyone for all you'r help in this matter. Still if you have any idea as to why i still get the banned screen after login out, Please let me know.

Thank you
Legs

OK, I guess I misunderstood some of the problem.

So, when you are in the admin panel and you look up a user, are they in a banned usergroup? Or are they in the Registered usergroup? If they are in the registered usergroup, if you go to the Usergroup Manager > REgistered usergroup > edit, is "This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group" set to Yes? (It should be if you do NOT want them to be banned.)
