Can the code just be put in to a Widget for 4.0?

Code is now updated for vB4 with use of vBadvanced v4.0.0 Beta 1.

You can do this through static html and widget creation.

I'm scratching my head on this one. Gametracker produces code for any server and the code can be put into any block or module to produce the same thing as your screen shot shows.

Yes it's compatible with 4.13 basically it's the HTML code gametracker gives you he's just showing everyone how to do it. But yes it works.
