I always hard-coded this prior to vBulletin 4.0. but when I opened the source of vBulletin 4 I noticed they've added rel=nofollow. So there's no need for this modification anymore..

Are you looking for the Mod in UTF-8 ? The English versions doesn't need to be UTF-8 it will work in your UTF-8 DB
