Will this show all notifications as well when you log in (not just pms) example, when someone posts on your wall?

footose 11-12-2009 12:41 PM

^^ I haven't made it show wall notifications yet (since I don't use that feature on my forum it wasn't a priority) but I will gladly add that functionality if you want it.

The app is still "Young" - so putting your requests in now for features you want is VERY likely to be completed, or at least started :)

Very nice!!! Too bad I use a Storm. :(

Guess I will keep my eyes open for a compatible Storm version.

footose 11-12-2009 02:42 PM

^^ It should really easy for me to port (I've ported my apps to storm in the past) .. I just haven't had time since I've been working on this first. This will technically work on the storm, I just don't know how user friendly it will be since it will be in compatibility mode. If everything goes smooth with this Beta, I will do a Storm Version next week for you.

If you want to upload the plugin to your site, I can test with my Bold (or have your other users test it) that way we will be way ahead of the game when the storm version is released.

My other issue is that I don't have an actual Storm to test on, since my network is 3G.

Well give it a try if you want :)

Looks to be working :)

Seems to load a tad slow because you have so many forums.

I'm going to not send the forum descriptions in the stream if the user hasn't selected to see the forum descriptions, that should speed it up significantly.

I keep getting an error message on my Curve when I try to add any URL
"java.lan.IllegalArgumentException: no ':' in URL

footose 11-12-2009 04:25 PM

I've had this error a few times myself.

If you are adding your own forum, you may have a malformed CONFIG file.

You will have to erase BerryBlab from your BB and reinstall it. Don't forget to clear your cache from your browser when reinstalling.

This is a known bug, and will be fixed in the next release.
