Are you sureeeeee you're looking at the style? =p
I can't seen to find anything in your CSS and viewing the source with <h4> tags, I had the same coding when I repeated it on my board.
Please tell me you looked at the wrong style, cause else I'll cry :(

aha. What about forumhome_forumbit_level1_post

There's a similar code in there. Look for $forum[title] and see if theres any <h4> tags.
Even better, go into search templates and search for <h4>

searching for <h4> with testing 2 as the style returns nothing :(

To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.

OK so I did that, and it points back to where dean was thinking, at least I think. Heres a sample of what I think is relevant from the source

Yes in the source I see it, but in the template I do not
