K double checked in the Navigation & Breadcrumb Templates > navbar section and the template hook that you are talking about is not in there.

Also the Ad management does not have a navbar inclusion in its menu under "Header and Navbar"

Well I would love for you to help but even tough I am admin the server on which it is, is run by another dude so I don't have access to uploading the upload folder to the server.

Then link the other dude to the ad management post. He can do it. And if you want to add your banner, the follow those instructions ;)
