For usergroup HTML Markup you go to Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> {Usergroup} -> Username HTML Markup.

In there you can insert unlimited amount of HTML code to style the usernames in that group. The actual box doesn't extend - but the code is still in there.

Using Username HTML Markup per usergroup, or a plugin on the hook fetch_musername.

(my apologies to MentaL for directly linking to RaGEZONE)

I'd recommend you save the image and upload to your local server.
